Martha Lanaghen

Martha Lanaghen

Chief, Cook, and Bottlewasher

Martha was born and raised in telecom - and like all adventurous children, she left home and never went back. After a stint in BPO outsourcing and another in improv comedy, she found her passion in education. Today, she is working around the world to launch innovative education programs focused on increasing student access to university degrees and improving college completion rates. She is the founder of the international education consulting firm, The Sparrow Group, and is a sought-after speaker and educator. She is also the co-inventor of MadWordz, an electronic word game. Martha likes to make things up, still makes a wish when she goes through a yellow light, and thinks autocorrect is hilarious.

Gabi Scott

Gabi Scott

Jill of All Trades

Gabi joined the team to be with the cool kids, and help out a little too. With over 20 years of experience in arts education, both in public schools and non-profits, she has worked with an impressive number of kids. She spins several plates including free-lance graphic design, teaching visual art lessons, and creating handcrafts all under the business umbrella name of Snibbles & Bits (You’ll have to google the reason for that name). Tinkering, making, building, and figuring "it" out is an everyday goal and if it can be hot glued, sewn, zip tied or duct taped its worth saving. Gabi is often seen hugging trees, talking to cats, and repurposing things in between adventuring with her three kids and husband.
