Maker Bolder brings girls together to dream and learn about entrepreneurship and the start-up world. This highly experiential Maker event, featuring MergeLane’s CEO, Sue Heilbronner, will give middle- and high-school aged girls the opportunity to envision what is possible for women in the start-up world today and in the future.
The evening starts with our exciting “Maker Lab” time – an open hour with exhibits and activities for girls to create and explore. After the Maker Lab, attendees can enjoy light appetizers (eat dinner first!), refreshments and a presentation from one of America’s most accomplished and dynamic women executives, Sue Heilbronner.
Sue is a sought-after speaker, former federal prosecutor, startup CEO, investor, mentor, coach and a fearless catalyst for change. She’s also from Colorado, and is excited to share her journey from high school to her executive offices and experiences around the globe.
Participants will finish the evening with an exciting hands-on Design Thinking challenge created by Zach Nies from Tech Stars. This problem-solving challenge will give girls and their parents the opportunity to roll their sleeves up and actively work to solve a fun problem while they are learning more about Design Thinking principles and processes.
This event will surely sell out, get your tickets today to ensure your seat at Girls Explore Entrepreneurship 2017.
